Vehicles are checked every day for compliance with all records, including insurance, inspections and fHV permit check. In addition we log into a secured Taxi & Limousine Commission Server to check for any additional violations or to see if any affiliated vehicle is current and not pending any suspensions. This is done every day by our support staff to maintain the integrity of our business or any business who hires us as well as the safety of our passengers. Drivers are also checked through the secure Taxi & Limousine Commission server for compliances, since the commission does not require additional training at Elegante Car Service we believe that an educated driver is paramount to achieving the best customer service possible.

That's why we have implemented additional training for affiliated drivers. This program addresses issues that may be faced on a daily basis by the drivers like personal safety, customer relations and many more.
